I have been in business for 18 years and after meeting Diane Eller, I don't know how I have been in business for this many years!
She started with an assessment of my business and then really helped me with my weakest point: the accounting part of my business. I did not know how to do handle Quickbooks or the Excel accounting sheets. How the accountant did my taxes I don't know, but I think I owe him more money after talking to Diane and getting her to understand my ‘numbers’.

Thank-you Diane for sharing with us this terrific concept of Systems Thinking during our corporate workshop here in Atlanta, GA.
As a bottom line kind of guy, I really marvel at the simplicity of the broad overall message you presented. Granted, as we "dove" into the inner workings, there was much detail included. But the systemic model allows a person to organize his thoughts in a logical manner and forces them to think through what they really want and the barriers to future success. So many people are pushed so hard and fast in today's environments that they really never engage into the proper organized approach or take the time necessary to understand what they need to do to achieve their goals. This approach is really remarkable and clicked on "light bulbs" for me. I am

I've been in business for 3 years, made some money, invested lots of money but never saw any true success. The feeling was like I was drowning in a pool. There was no end to any new projects because of unforseen stumbling blocks along the way. Some days if they slipped away who would notice? And when I took the "helicopter view" there was no picture.
